Can I order individual items instead of a full set?
→ Yes! You can absolutely order all items separately if you prefer. However, please note that bundle discounts only apply to full nursery sets, so purchasing items individually may cost more than buying a curated tier. -

How long does it take to receive my order?
→ Personalized orders take 5–7 days to create. Delivery times vary by country — usually 5–10 business days to most countries worldwide. -
Do you ship internationally?
→ Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. -
Will I be charged customs fees?
→ We usually ship all orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means we prepay VAT and import taxes/fees on your behalf. However, customs policies can vary, so we recommend checking your country’s rules.

Can I preview how my baby’s name will look before ordering?
→ Yes! On the product page, you’ll see a live preview or font examples before confirming your personalization. After placing your order, we’ll send you a design preview of the final print within 2 to 3 days so you can review it before we start production. -
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
→ If your order hasn’t been produced yet, we’re happy to help. Contact us within 12 hours to request changes. -
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
→ Because each item is custom-made, we don’t accept returns unless there’s a defect. Please double-check the spelling and details before checkout!
